YEO Technology announces €90 million solar power investment in Romania
YEO Technology Energy and Technology Inc. (YEOTK) disclosed a €90 million solar power plant investment in a notification to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP). The company revealed a framework agreement with Defic Globe, in which it holds a 51% stake, and a Romanian solar power project developer for the transfer of shares in 12 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) with a total capacity of 117 MWp.
The agreement includes potential Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) integration with a capacity of 85 MW. Share transfers will commence following approval by the Romanian Competition Authority. YEO targets a renewable energy capacity of 1 GW by 2030, aiming to expand its global presence and contracting services.

- Solis Renewable Srl: 7.2 MWp
- Green Hera Solar Srl: 7.2 MWp
- Heliodor Solar Innovations Srl: 14.4 MWp
- Lena Solar Energy Srl: 7.2 MWp
- Atlas Solar Solutions Srl: 6.0 MWp
- Aurora Solar Energy Srl: 6.8 MWp
