Visual Fan Launches Renewable EPC by Allview to Expand Solar Energy Projects
Visual Fan, traded on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the symbol ALW and known for its significant role in solar energy solutions, has announced the launch of its Renewable EPC by Allview division. This strategic move aligns with the company’s Green by Allview strategy, marking a shift to large-scale renewable energy projects exceeding 5 MW, including energy storage systems, according to a report submitted to the BVB.
Over the past two years, the Allview Solar Energy division has expanded from residential projects to industrial solutions up to 5 MW. The creation of Renewable EPC by Allview signals Visual Fan’s intention to step up to large-scale, full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) projects. This expansion aims to strengthen the company's market position and amplify its impact within the renewable energy sector.
The new division will focus on complex energy projects, leveraging accumulated experience, strategic partnerships, and innovative capabilities to ensure sustainable, long-term profitability. Objectives include business growth, revenue doubling, and profit increase. Key strategies encompass high-capacity project implementation (5–100 MW), partnerships with reputable renewable energy firms, and solid supplier relationships. Additionally, the division emphasizes team development with experienced professionals in solar energy project management. Visual Fan is currently in advanced negotiations for various Full EPC projects over 5 MW capacity.
