Ingeteam to Participate in CISOLAR&GREEN BATTERY 2024 Bucharest, Showcasing Advanced Renewable Energy Solutions

Ingeteam, a leading provider of advanced technological solutions for the renewable energy sector, proudly announces its participation in CISOLAR&GREEN BATTERY 2024, set to take place in Bucharest from October 15-17, 2024. Organized by Ibcentre, this premier event will bring together global and regional leaders to accelerate the clean energy transition in Central and Eastern Europe. Energynomics serves as the special media partner for CISOLAR 2024.

Romania holds significant potential for solar energy, with around 210 sunny days annually and favorable insolation levels, positioning the country to enhance its solar energy use. Ingeteam has already installed 90 MW of photovoltaic (PV) capacity and 48 MW/192 MWh of battery energy storage systems (BESS) in Romania, supporting the country's decarbonization goals.

Stefano Domenicali, Vice President and CEO of Ingeteam Italia, emphasized the importance of energy storage in achieving decarbonization objectives. Ingeteam is also supplying inverters for a 46.476 MWp solar project in Romania, contributing to the country's goal of 8 GW of solar capacity by 2030.

Additionally, Ingeteam's expertise in energy storage is highlighted by its involvement in a 200 MW/800 MWh project in Italy, reinforcing its leadership in the sector. With 3,500 employees across 15 countries, Ingeteam continues to drive innovative and sustainable energy solutions globally.
