Eolenerg Project SRL to Hold Tender for Wind Turbines Acquisition
Eolenerg Project SRL (founded in 2019) has announced a tender for the purchase of wind turbines, with the event set to take place on September 19, 2024. The estimated value of the contract is 260,483,475.77 lei (over €52 million). The investment targets the construction of a Wind Power Plant in Săcele, Constanța County, with a capacity of 49.8 MW. The energy generated will be evacuated via a 110 kV overhead line from the Săcele Wind Plant to the Sitorman 110/20 kV station, covering 12 km.
The project is part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) under Component C6 - Energy, aimed at supporting investments in renewable energy capacities. The 49.8 MW facility will contribute 5.24% toward Romania's goal of 950 MW of renewable energy as outlined in the Integrated National Energy and Climate Plan (PNIESC).
Founded in 2019, Eolenerg Project SRL is a joint venture between Greenvolt Power Wind Poland SP ZOO (50%) and Res Terranet Holding SRL (50%). The company reported a loss of over 211,000 lei in 2023. Its administrators are Ion Denisa Maria and Martinis Spyridon.
Res Terranet Holding SRL is involved in multiple companies, including Renovatio Asset Management, while Martinis Spyridon is associated with firms like Sun Terminal SRL and Panciu Renewables SRL.
