Allview Signs €24.6 Million Deal for 45 MW Solar Park in Ialomița

Romania’s Renewable EPC by Allview has signed a €24.6 million contract with Tenersolar Park S.R.L. to develop a 45.15 MW photovoltaic park in Țăndărei, Ialomița County. This full EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project includes design and construction of all necessary infrastructure, including a 35/110 kV electrical substation, a 110 kV underground power line, equipment supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance services.

The project will be executed by Visual Fan, leading the consortium with TQM Services and Veltol Holding, ensuring comprehensive expertise. The agreement marks a pivotal step in Allview’s strategy to secure 100 MW in photovoltaic projects by year-end, aiming to double its revenue and profit in the coming years.

“This 45.15 MW contract confirms our strategic direction for 2024 and reflects our commitment to a better future for the next generations,” said Allview in a statement. The company highlighted that the project will enhance Visual Fan's market share in the energy sector, positioning the Allview Solar Energy division for accelerated growth and larger-scale ventures.

The solar park is set to join OMV Petrom’s portfolio. Earlier this year, Romania’s Competition Council reviewed Petrom’s plan to acquire Tenersolar Park S.R.L. and other companies developing renewable energy projects in southern Romania, including wind and solar parks.
